A few weeks ago, we made a design of custom zip puller for one of our customers from Ireland. So now how is everything going, let follow up it!
After double discussed with customer, and fixed the corner of the puller to make it smooth, the final design completed.
First step, we chose the #5 metal clip slider, cause the rubber puller part will need to match this slider, we need it before mold creation.
Step 2: While make mold for the rubber puller, we plated the metal clip slider in matte black.
Step 3: Assemble the sliders and pullers
Final step: Quality test before shipment: modify and eliminate the bad pieces, and remain all the good pieces for delivery
